1. Service Agreement

Our gardening services encompass a wide range of offerings, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, garden design, planting, pruning, and landscaping. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in the service agreement, which must be signed by both parties before commencement.

1.1 Scope of Services

  • Lawn Maintenance: Regular mowing, fertilizing, and weed control.

2. Payment Terms

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed-upon times and ensuring that the work area is clear of any obstructions that may hinder the completion of services.

4.1 Property Access

Clients must ensure that all necessary keys, alarms, and access codes are provided. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

4.2 Hazardous Materials

Clients must inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions on the property that could pose a risk to our staff or affect the quality of work.

5. Liability

We take utmost care in providing our services; however, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or conditions on the property. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our staff, we will notify the client immediately and arrange for repairs or compensation.

5.1 Insurance

Our company maintains liability insurance to cover potential damages incurred during service delivery.

6. Guarantees and Warranties

We strive to deliver high-quality services. If a client is dissatisfied with our work, they must notify us within 7 days of service delivery. We will assess the concern and undertake corrective measures if necessary.

6.1 Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee the health and survival of plants installed by our team for a period of 90 days. Any issues arising within this timeframe will be addressed at no additional cost.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the provision of services will be used solely for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
